Dear USASF Program Owner and Coach Members:
The USASF Rules are created by committees comprised of coaches, event producers, legality officials and rules experts, and represent the most current and authoritative set of safety guidelines for the protection of All Star athletes. By choosing to be members of the USASF, event producers and programs together commit to train and compete All Star athletes utilizing these best known safety practices.
The USASF safety guidelines are created as a benefit of membership, and will now only be available for use by USASF event producer and program members.
For easy access to the 2017-18 USASF Cheer and Dance Rules:

- In the top right hand corner, look for your name and a drop-down menu that links to the rules
- You will be able to view, download and/or print a PDF version of the rules
