Felecia Mulkey, after guiding the Oregon Ducks to four consecutive National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) national championships in five seasons as the Ducks’ head coach, has accepted the head coaching job at Baylor University, athletic director Ian McCaw announced Tuesday.
