The National Center for Catastrophic Sports Injury Research has released their annual Injury Report. The report can be downloaded here. The NCSF, Varsity, and AACCA have responded to the report. There has also been some general media coverage surrounding the report.

National Cheer Safety Day
The National Cheer Safety Foundation (NCSF) has declared today, August 9th, as National Cheer Safety Awareness Day. The NCSF has also released a report increasing the number of catostrophic injuries since 1982 by 30.
