Xtreme Spirit has partnered up with The Cheerleading Agency to provide quality event producing and shared facilities that will be utilized for these clinics during many of the events that Xtreme Spirit will be hosting. Xtreme Spirit is one of America’s leading Independent Event Producers who offer Championship Events ranging from Regional to International. Xtreme Spirit produces the largest events in Chicago and Wisconsin, plus attendance nation-wide is growing strongly from coast to coast. TCA and Xtreme Spirit will host 4-5 College Cheerleading Combines/Showcases during the 2011-2012 seasons. There will be one to two full days of skills testing, Scholarship Information and more. The primary purposes of the combines/showcases are to inform, educate and test athletes interested in cheering in college. These types of programs will provide a platform for athletes to exhibit skills, ask questions, and learn the requirements that universities and colleges require athletically and academically.

“We know that coming to the combine/showcase will be very beneficial to cheerleaders and coaches as they will gain knowledge of what college coaches are looking for in cheerleaders and we will help them refine their skills,” says Founder/CEO Patrick Cowherd. “If there is a cheerleader that wants to learn what it will take to succeed as a cheerleader in college, then we want to help these athletes pursue that dream. We really want to focus early on the college cheer recruitment process because April is just around the corner. We look forward to working with Xtreme Spirit in many aspects of our business from choreography to their most innovative competitions. We share the same vision on many things that need to be changed in the spirit industry. It is not every day that you get to work with such gifted and talented people like the team at Xtreme Spirit.”

“I am thrilled to work with such a beneficial organization.” says Owner of Xtreme Spirit, Dave Sewell. “The Cheerleading Agency provides that missing niche between the graduating cheerleader and the university. This partnership will help give the athletes a true experience of collegiate material in an environment that requires them to retain and impress.”
