Worlds LogoThe VIP Gala & Awards is a celebration of excellence and accomplishment in All Star. Held the evening before The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds preliminary competition begins, coaches, program owners, event producers, media partners and industry affiliates gather to “kick off” Worlds weekend and to congratulate peers for their achievements.

Industry publications including Inside Cheerleading, CheerBiz News and The Cheer Leader Magazine, along with Dance Coach Association and the NACCC join the USASF in presenting the following awards annually. Each media partner creates and manages its own nomination and selection process. The USASF collected details from each partner and has posted them online so that members may see all awards processes in one location. Be a part of the process! Go nominate someone deserving today!

2013 Dance Junior At Large Bids Announced

The USASF Dance Executive Committee and The Dance Worlds Judges Junior Selection Committee is proud to announce the 6 teams receiving a USASF At Large Dance Bid to The 2013 Dance Worlds.

On March 4, 2013 in Dallas TX the USASF Category Advisors scored the video submissions. Of 43 performances judged by panel, the top 6 programs with the highest scores are offered a bid. The committee was exuberant about the young talent demonstrated. The 6 Teams are as follows:

  • USASF LogoPittsburg Poison
  • South Coast Freestyle
  • Vision Dance Center
  • Legacy Dance
  • Pace Elite
  • Music City All Stars

Scores and rankings will be sent out to all submissions with their information.

2013 USASF Chairman’s Cup Community Service Award

Has your program participated in a community service project this year? Or did your program combine efforts with other programs to serve a larger community?

USASF LogoSubmit a summary presentation of your community service initiatives for consideration to become the next Chairman’s Cup recipient!

The USASF/IASF Chairman’s Cup is designed to honor and showcase outstanding community leadership and service by all star cheerleaders and dancers. This “giving back” attitude steps beyond the boundaries of sport, building character, community, humility and true citizenship within athletes. The next Chairman’s Cup recipients will be recognized at the VIP Gala at The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds in April. All submissions will be reviewed by the National Advisory Board for final selection.
