Cheer Coach Credentialing has been updated in the database. Please log into your coach profile and review the credentials that appear on your dashboard. If your dashboard does not display credentials or you believe the data that is showing is incorrect, follow this link and let us know.

Dance Rules & Policy Change Suggestions

Dance coaches and owners, have suggestions for existing rules? The 2018-19 Dance Rules & Policy Change Form is now available. We’d love to hear from you.

USASF: ID Cards

ID cards for Coaches, Owners, and Personnel will be available to order on February 12.

Coach and Owner ID cards: can be requested through your Coach profile. All coaches and owners will receive one card (at no charge) each membership term. Additional cards can be ordered for $10 each.

Personnel ID cards: need to be ordered by the Program Administrator. All personnel are eligible to receive one card (at no charge) each membership term. Additional cards can be ordered for $10 each.

USASF: Are You Election Ready?

Eligible Coaches & Owners will be asked to cast their ballot in the National Advisory Board Election between February 12-15. Ballots will be emailed on February 12. Log into your Member Profile today and make sure your email address is accurate!

Dear USASF Cheer Members:

We are very excited to unveil all of the hard work by our membership with the creation of our 2018-2019 Cheer Safety Rules and Age Grid. The new opportunities that will be available to you to grow your program and All Star are a direct result of research data, member involvement and feedback. The next few weeks will be filled with a lot of information to get you ready for your best season yet in 2018-2019!

USASF National Meeting | Save the Date

The USASF is providing new opportunities for Member engagement and participation. Mark your calendars for August 10-12, 2018 and plan to be in Dallas, TX for a brand new meeting experience! Rather than dilute the experience across five Regional Conventions, the USASF will conduct one National Meeting. So, block these dates and click here for details.

Dance Worlds Resource

If you have any question as to which category (Jazz or Contemporary/Lyrical) you should register your routine in at any USASF Sanctioned Event, and especially if you’re competing for a bid to The Dance World Championship, submit a Jazz and Contemporary/Lyrical Designation Form at least one week prior to any sanctioned event. Our evaluation staff will review and advise.

Teams With Special Needs Qualification

Any Team with Special Needs that would like to receive a bid to perform at the 2018 Cheerleading and Dance Worlds may submit a video for qualification. Up to five (5) Cheer teams and up to five (5) Dance teams will be selected to receive “At Large” bids to perform at Worlds. Video submission deadline: March 1, 2018.

Junior Dance Qualification

Any U.S. Junior (JD) dance team that would like to receive a 2018 USASF Dance World Championship bid to compete in the Junior Dance division may submit a video for qualification. Up to 6 U.S. teams (limited to one team per program) are selected to receive “At Large” bids in the Junior Dance Division. Video submission deadline: March 1, 2018. Click here to learn more.
