March 31st Rules Update

USASF.net has an article stating the rules were updated on March 31st. We haven’t gone through them to see what changed from the update a few weeks ago, but hopefully there is nothing significant.

    Bill Presson has said the updates were typographical corrections and updating places where a number, such as the number of member on allowed on a team, should have been updated, but wasn’t.
