Major Nationals Comparison

Here are a few comparisons and observations about the 3 major championships of the regular season. Only All Star Cheer teams and divisions were counted in the numbers below. Please add your notes and observations to the comments.

Observations

• Cheersport had the largest average division size at 9.24 teams per division, followed by NCA (6.97) and JAMfest (6.81).
  • Special Needs teams were not factored into the JAMfest calculation because they were exhibition only.
• NCA was the only event in which Level 5 had the most teams in a level. Level 3 was the largest at Cheersport and JAMfest.
  • At all 3 competitions, Level 6 was the smallest, followed by Special Needs, Level 4.2, Level 1, then Level 4.
  • Cheersport’s largest level was Level 3, followed by L2, L5, L4, L1, L4.2, SN, and L6.
  • NCA’s largest level was Level 5, followed by L2, L3, L4, L1, L4.2 & SN (tied), and L6.
  • JAMfest’s largest level was Level 3, followed by L5, L2, L4, L1, L4.2, SN, and L6.
• JAMfest had the most All Star Cheer teams per Paid Bid (91.25) and most Level 5 teams per Paid Bid (21.25).
  • Cheersport had 72.89 teams per Paid Bid and 15.33 Level 5 teams per Paid Bid.
  • NCA had 87.17 teams per Paid Bid and 20.50 Level 5 teams per Paid Bid.
